dr Paulina Krakowiak
Attorney-at-law Dr. Paulina Krakowiak is a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Gdańsk and the Faculty of Law of the Cergy-Pontoise University in France (LL.M. in French and European law). She completed an American law course organized by the Chicago-Kent College of Law and the University of Gdańsk. She worked as an assistant judge at the District Court in Gdańsk in the Department of Labor and Social Insurance. She is the author of a doctoral dissertation entitled "Counterattacks against the prohibition of discrimination in the law and work ", the promoter of which was prof. dr hab. Jakub Stelina.
Attorney dr Paulina Krakowiak won experience in Tri-City and Paris law firms. Foreign practices allowed her to explore the subject of broadly understood commercial law (MiFID financial instruments, franchise agreements). In her work professional many notes she is devoted to criminal law cases as well as to civil trials. She has experience in providing services to business entities and natural persons. She also provides legal services to clients in English and French.
